Renovation work in Highpoint I, a Grade I Listed Building in Highgate, required extensive preparation before works commenced. Keeping this marvel functional for the people who live there, while preserving the original features requires competence, attention and love. From bespoke techniques to preserve the historic tiles to meticulous selection of the lime substrate build-up, every detail is planned and executed to respect and preserve the building's heritage.

This beautiful project in Chelsea was created for a young family. We converted two flats to make their new home, added a new basement, a loft conversion and a rear extension. We loved building it in collaboration with Cato Creative Architectural Designers
